Senior Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Bartender to expertly craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following recognized standards and presentation styles. This role involves innovating new cocktail and mocktail creations, including seasonal and signature beverages, ensuring every drink delivered meets our quality criteria for taste and visual appeal.

Key Duties

• Prepare beverages adhering strictly to established recipes and presentation requirements.
• Develop and introduce creative drink options, refreshing the menu with seasonal specialties.
• Maintain consistent high standards for flavor and appearance across all drinks served.
• Keep recipe details, costing data, and operational processes up-to-date for beverage preparation.
• Oversee bar inventory through daily stock assessments, supply ordering, secure receiving, and proper storage.
• Accurately record stock entries, receipts, and consumption in inventory logs.
• Prevent inventory shortages and excesses by monitoring stock levels diligently.
• Perform routine stock audits and resolve any discrepancies between physical and recorded inventory.
• Implement stock rotation practices such as First In, First Out and check product expiration dates regularly.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the bar space, complying with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ensure all bar equipment is routinely cleaned, well-maintained, and operational.
• Reduce waste and control drink costs through precise measurement and effective stock control techniques.
• Coach junior bartenders and bar team members on recipe preparation and service excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service, engaging guests and offering tailored beverage suggestions.
• Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and guidelines for responsible alcohol service.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges between 17,000 and 23,500 INR.
