Opportunity Overview

EY invites applications from GCC nationals to join its MENA team in various GCC locations. This role provides a chance to make a significant impact by working closely with clients to deliver insightful audit services. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Audit team, you will engage in audit assignments, collaborating effectively with team members, sharing duties, and keeping senior staff informed on progress. Responsibilities include preparing for and participating in meetings with client management, assisting in the preparation of client reports and schedules, and fostering strong working relationships with client personnel.

You will play an active role in building internal and external relationships, identifying and communicating potential business opportunities for EY, and contributing to initiatives like recruitment and retention of assurance professionals. A strong focus on risk anticipation and escalation is essential. Ensuring high-quality deliverables reviewed by the appropriate supervisory level is a key part of the role.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in external audit
• Strong academic background with a university degree
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA required
• Preferably previous experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
