Job Purpose

This role assists with planning, delivery, tracking, and reporting for projects while making sure PMO procedures are followed, records are kept accurately, and coordination across stakeholders runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers through planning, scheduling, and day-to-day execution across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Help compile weekly and bi-weekly progress updates and status reports.
  • Maintain project files and governance records in line with PMO standards, SOPs, and audit expectations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and other stakeholders to monitor actions, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Organize meetings, draft agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned actions.
  • Spot possible risks or issues early and raise them quickly to the project manager for mitigation or escalation.
  • Support project closeout tasks, including documentation, approvals, and archiving.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a similar field is required.

Experience
