About the team

Role overview

In this position, you will manage the full operational relationship with sellers and partners to help make sure every order reaches customers on time. You will act as the link between sellers and internal teams, support product procurement, deliver on-site training for seller operations, and help raise service quality. The role also involves tracking On Time In Full (OTIF) performance and leading improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with sellers to ensure customer orders are delivered within the required timeframe.
  • Partner with sellers and internal teams to support product procurement activities.
  • Maintain clear communication with sellers and coordinate operational workflows end to end.
  • Visit seller sites and provide training on operational procedures.
  • Prepare reports and track operational quality indicators, including OTIF order management.
  • Monitor seller operation quality issues, follow up on improvement actions, and lead related projects.
  • Help design and implement operational processes for new countries and markets.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supplier management or a closely related area.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
