About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SCS Operations Coordinator to assist in managing daily field operations. This position is crucial for organizing schedules, maintaining precise documentation, aiding operational teams, and ensuring efficient service execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage appointments and schedules for field personnel.
- Assist Team Leaders with daily operational tasks.
- Keep accurate records, generate reports, and update systems.
- Oversee workload distribution and monitor operational performance.
- Report and follow up on issues related to systems or processes.
- Maintain compliance with operational guidelines and service standards.
- Prepare and distribute regular operational reports.
- Spot and suggest improvements for process optimization and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple duties.
