This position is based in Pune, India, with related offices in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Gandhinagar.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation initiatives. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to go-live and hypercare support, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and the SAP Activate methodology. The manager will engage with stakeholders, SAP consultants, system integrators, and technical teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
- Implement project governance in line with SAP Activate methodology.
- Coordinate requirement gathering, fit-to-standard workshop facilitation, and solution design discussions.
- Oversee collaboration among Functional, Technical, Integration, Data Migration, and Change Management teams.
- Monitor project progress and report status to leadership and steering committees regularly.
- Align stakeholder expectations with business objectives and ensure continuous communication.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project.
- Supervise testing phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and readiness for Go-Live.
- Support cutover planning, deployment activities, hypercare support, and formal project closure.
- Maintain high delivery quality, uphold best practices, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility
Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree.
