Key Responsibilities

• Keep workspaces clean including offices, break rooms, dock and transportation zones.
• Perform sanitation tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, surface wiping, and window cleaning in various facility areas.
• Maintain restrooms by sanitizing surfaces, replenishing supplies, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Clean and maintain break rooms, entrances, locker areas by window washing, floor cleaning, trash emptying, and supply refilling.
• Attend to dock and transportation zone maintenance including floor sweeping/mopping, dock plate cleaning, rack cleaning, and pallet organization.
• Manage division grounds by trash pickup, walkway maintenance, grass cutting and emptying cigarette cans.
• Handle interior and exterior painting of the facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to conduct precise visual inspections.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English to follow work instructions and safety protocols effectively and safely.
