Job Overview
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of advisers in Jalandhar, Punjab, India. This role requires recruiting advisers, driving business growth through them, and overseeing their performance to meet company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new sales advisers.
- Drive business growth by generating leads and sales through the adviser network.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the adviser team to achieve sales targets.
- Visit customers alongside the team to strengthen relationships and sales opportunities.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to advisers to enhance their capabilities.
Additional Information
This position is a team leader role directly on the company's payroll (OnRole). Other roles within the company, as well as opportunities in different companies offering higher compensation, are available based on experience.
