Sales Executive - Manufacturing

Role Overview

This position is focused on building revenue for a precision manufacturing business serving industrial clients. The role involves finding new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, quoting accurately, closing orders, and working closely with internal teams to keep the sales cycle moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop fresh business leads in the manufacturing B2B space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on pricing and order discussions.
• Negotiate order terms and support deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Profile

The preferred background is a graduate in Marketing, Business, or Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales within manufacturing. The role calls for strong communication, negotiation, CRM usage, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.B.A. or B.M.S. in Marketing, or a relevant graduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or Engineering, with experience in manufacturing sales preferred.

Compensation

The package is listed at INR 1,00,000 to 4,25,000 per year.
