About the Role

Perficient Placements LLP, a US-based recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking motivated Sales Executives for its Ahmedabad (GOTA) office. This role focuses on connecting with potential candidates, understanding their career aspirations, and guiding them through enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate calls and maintain follow-ups to engage prospective candidates.
• Identify and understand candidates' career goals and present company services accordingly.
• Provide assistance throughout the candidate enrollment stages.
• Establish and nurture professional relationships while ensuring consistent communication.
• Maintain daily logs of activities and strive to meet monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient English communication skills are essential.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A positive mindset, confidence, and eagerness to learn are important traits.

Work Schedule and Location

• Location: Ahmedabad (GOTA)
• Night shift hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Working days: Monday through Friday
• Weekends off: Saturday and Sunday

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 15,000 to 55,000.
