Sales Engineer

Position Overview

The role of Sales Engineer requires fluency in Arabic, both verbal and written. The candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and possess 2 to 3 years of experience working in the UAE. Experience specifically in the glass, interior fitout, or construction sectors is essential. A degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Key Duties

• Regular client visits to build and sustain business relationships and to attract new sales.
• Offering sales assistance by clarifying complex technical product details and guidance.
• Identifying prospective customers and generating leads for decorative glass offerings.
• Negotiating contracts and finalizing sales agreements.
• Delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Partnering with the sales team to meet sales objectives.
• Monitoring and reporting sales results along with market insights.
• Promoting and securing orders through relationship-focused approaches.
• Coordinating sales activities with various departments such as marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, production, and operations.
• Addressing customer issues by investigating concerns, crafting solutions, and collaborating with management.
