Job description
Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at PartSpace GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the DACH enterprise market. This position requires a strong ability to manage outbound and inbound sales channels, develop strategic relationships, and support complex sales cycles for our innovative AI-driven SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target appropriate enterprise customers across the DACH region, with the outreach split approximately 30% inbound and 70% outbound.
- Conduct independent account research to nurture and strategically advance prospective clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead structured initial discussions (discovery and qualification calls) to uncover true pain points and lay the groundwork for extended sales processes lasting 6 to 12 months.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and other vital stakeholders, cultivating a strong network within customer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives by transferring qualified sales leads (SQLs) and preparing for subsequent negotiation phases.
- Employ a multi-channel outreach approach combining telephone, email, LinkedIn, and event interactions, using personalized messaging that delivers tangible value beyond generic scripts.
- Manage performance through specific KPIs such as outreach volume, decision-maker appointments, and conversion rates, continuously refining strategies for improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to integrate insights into messaging and campaign initiatives.
- Maintain an up-to-date, clean CRM pipeline using HubSpot to ensure accurate sales tracking.
- Contribute to account expansion efforts and maintain close customer engagement throughout ongoing deals.
Candidate Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in Germany is mandatory.
- Fluency in German at a negotiation level (C2 proficiency) is required.
- Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments as an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales specialist with a clear understanding of effective outbound sales tactics.
- Preferably familiar with industrial sectors, supply chain management, procurement, or complex software solutions.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex subjects and translate them into accessible information.
- Proactive and persistent in cold calling and outreach, maintaining motivation despite challenges.
- Highly organized with strong self-management skills, guiding activities via data-driven metrics.
- Ability to rapidly build trust from front-line contacts to executive decision-makers.
- Receptive to feedback, motivated to improve continuously, and comfortable being transparently evaluated on performance indicators.
- Hands-on, self-driven, and equally effective as a collaborative team member.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills in both German and English.
