About the Role
Our company, with two decades of expertise optimizing conversion through over 50,000 A/B tests for mid-market ecommerce and SaaS businesses, is now focusing on scaling our own outbound sales efforts. Having established an effective outbound system including scripts, cadences, and targeting methods, we seek a dedicated individual to manage this operation at a high volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in high-volume calls for up to 6 hours daily using our established system.
- Communicate directly with CEOs and VPs of Marketing at mid-market ecommerce and SaaS companies.
- Secure qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Provide insightful feedback on the effectiveness of scripts to continually enhance the outreach process.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound B2B sales with substantial phone call volume, beyond low daily dial counts.
- Demonstrated success in arranging meetings with senior-level decision makers.
- Ability to diligently follow a structured playbook and contribute to its refinement.
- Excellent oral communication skills that convey confidence and clarity, especially to executive stakeholders.
- Availability to work during standard North American business hours (8am to 5pm CST).
