Our Sales Controlling team delivers insightful reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support sustainable growth and help sales teams uncover potential and succeed collaboratively. As a Sales Controller, you will play a vital role in this process.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales controlling including the analysis of sales volume, revenue, and profit developments.
• Develop and improve forecasts, reports, and dashboards for managing sales performance effectively.
• Participate in planning, forecasting, budgeting processes, and prepare profitability analyses.
• Conduct analyses of customers, products, and markets, deriving informed recommendations for actions.
• Enhance and automate reporting and controlling procedures for efficiency.
• Provide economic analyses and ad-hoc evaluations to support sales and management decisions.

Candidate Profile

• You approach work analytically, structured, and independently, maintaining clarity even with complex issues.
• You demonstrate initiative, a strong hands-on attitude, and a desire to actively shape processes.
• You communicate confidently across various levels and contribute ideas with a solution-focused mindset.
• You hold a university degree in business administration, focusing on controlling, finance, or a comparable discipline, combined with preferably some professional experience in controlling, ideally in a sales environment.
• You are proficient with MS Excel and common BI and reporting tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, and basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• You have excellent German and English language skills and are passionate about data-driven analysis and digital tools.
