Overview
Classic Crest Real Estate invites proactive, goal-oriented individuals to join as Sales Consultants. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication abilities, confidence in engaging with clients both via phone and face-to-face, and enthusiasm for sales coupled with excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities.
- Assess clients' needs and suggest appropriate property options.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, and property site visits with clients.
- Develop and sustain positive client relationships.
- Meet established sales goals and maintain up-to-date CRM documentation.
- Keep abreast of current real estate trends and projects.
Candidate Eligibility
- Preferred qualification is an MBA; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, marketing, or related fields is acceptable.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Should be self-driven, confident, and focused on achieving targets.
