Job Overview
As a Sales Associate at the LEGO Group, you will be mainly responsible for executing store operational activities during your shift. This role involves direct interaction with customers, maintaining store visuals, and managing stockroom operations efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinctive and welcoming experience to each visitor by greeting them warmly, managing all cash register duties accurately, and upholding a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment by conducting daily cleaning, keeping displays attractive, and adhering to LEGO Brand Retail visual guidelines.
- Assist with inventory handling by receiving merchandise, organizing the stockroom according to company standards, complying with safety protocols, and promptly alerting management about any potential stock shortages.
