Overview

Spencer's is seeking motivated Sales Associates to uphold excellent Guest Services according to company standards. The role involves supporting store management by driving sales and ensuring a well-maintained store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales generation and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist with merchandising, signage, pricing, point of sale operations, and loss prevention.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized store.

Requirements

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Capable of physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to 8 hours daily.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between $15.90 and $16.15, dependent on qualifications and experience.
