Role Overview
The Sales Associate will be accountable for achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes cultivating strong customer loyalty and enhancing the Jimmy Choo brand appeal through a dedicated, client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service that consistently exceeds client expectations.
- Embody and project the luxurious and glamorous image of Jimmy Choo through professional conduct, attire, grooming, and attitude.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products, including their construction, materials, care instructions, and design features to offer insightful and expert service.
- Create and maintain a personal client database to promote repeat business and foster customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of high school education or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of one year experience managing retail store operations.
- A positive, customer-oriented mindset is essential.
