About the Company
The business is developing a dedicated interior retail store in Gurgaon’s Sector 45. It has been active in the construction field for the past 20 years and continues to operate in that segment as well.
Role Overview
This position involves managing store operations and driving sales for an interior and furnishing retail setup. The role requires a mix of customer handling, display management, inventory control, and coordination with the marketing team to support promotions and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep stock and inventory at appropriate levels and monitor replenishment needs.
- Work to deliver a strong customer experience and maintain satisfaction standards.
- Handle sales activities related to interiors and supervise wall panel product displays.
- Partner with the marketing team to plan and support promotional campaigns.
- Develop and execute sales approaches for the furnishing store.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a diploma in any specialization.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 50,000 to INR 70,000 per month.
