About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be central to delivering a remarkable customer experience. Your role includes welcoming shoppers, guiding them through the store, and assisting them in discovering the products they need while highlighting the brand's offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize your knowledge of fashion and product details to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain an orderly and attractive sales floor and stockroom by ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as required.
• Uphold a positive representation of yourself and the brand in all customer interactions.

Team Environment

You will be part of a vibrant Store Team that includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other key roles. Collaboration across this team, as well as with the broader Area Team working across multiple stores, ensures a welcoming environment where customers can express their style with the latest trends and fundamental fashion pieces.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in fashion, retail, or similar customer service fields is required.
• Enthusiastic about fashion and passionate about providing outstanding in-store experiences while promoting products and boosting sales.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere.
• Possess strong communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to engage with store technology alongside a keen desire to learn and grow.
• Adaptable and proactive in your approach.

Additional Information

This full-time role is located at H&M stores in Bangalore, specifically Vegacity Mall and Forum Falconcity Mall. It reports to the Department Manager.
