Job Overview

We are immediately seeking a full-time Runner (Patient Services) to work at MHHS Woodlands Medical Center, located at 9520 Pinecroft Drive, Shenandoah, TX 77380. This role involves delivering food to restaurant or dining room customers promptly and professionally, maintaining sanitation and safety, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Shift schedules may vary and require availability for weekend rotations. Prior experience in patient service or dietary aide roles within healthcare settings is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of meals to patrons in dining areas.
• Adherence to food handling safety and sanitation protocols.
• Constant interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration with team members to maintain service standards.
• Completion of assigned side work and additional duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in similar patient service, dietary aide, or food runner roles in healthcare environments preferred.
• Ability to meet essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Must comply with possible background screening requirements, including Florida Level 2 screening if applicable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00.
