Key Responsibilities
- Support agency recruitment by ensuring timely and accurate lodging of RNF appointments on MASNET system.
- Gather newly approved RNF applications to alert stakeholders and update agent records on LifeAsia database.
- Handle termination requests in accordance with defined procedures, including prompt cessation entries on MASNET and monitoring of recovery-related items.
- Manage changes to agent particulars, including maintaining LifeAsia records and updating MAS accordingly.
- Oversee the team's mailboxes to guarantee timely replies to incoming requests and inquiries.
- Prepare and verify regular reports such as weekly tracking of COP updates (WDS 70), FCs’ late notification reports to Compliance, and liaising with Distribution Risk Team regarding PSE reports.
- Monitor daily PSE reports to ensure accurate synchronization of COP submissions.
- Assist the team lead in updating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to streamline tasks by automating processes, digitizing workflows, or enhancing systems.
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives by providing business insights, collaborating with stakeholders, drafting work requests and business requirements, as well as executing user acceptance testing (UAT).
Candidate Profile
- Comfortable engaging with external partners and colleagues across various divisions and functions at multiple levels.
- Confident in making decisions and solving problems independently.
- Adaptable to fast-paced and demanding work environments.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach.
- Knowledgeable about FAA and MAS regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A diploma or degree in any field is required.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
