Role overview

This position is responsible for the smooth running of facility and administration activities at the site. The role combines planned maintenance, breakdown support, vendor coordination, utility tracking, and supervision of soft services while keeping safety and service quality in focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall facility and admin operations.
  • Carry out technical inspections on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per the planned preventive maintenance schedule.
  • Join troubleshooting and corrective maintenance calls for repair and service work.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment covered under warranty or AMC.
  • Track energy consumption readings.
  • Handle DG set maintenance.
  • Maintain and diagnose issues in conveyor systems, including both electrical and mechanical elements.
  • Install, service, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting, transformers, wiring methods, and related materials.
  • Work with relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control devices such as photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders.
  • Support production activities in a safe and customer-oriented way.
  • Perform minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, equipment, fixed furniture, and operations equipment such as trolleys, cages, and carts.
  • Conduct routine checks of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
  • Carry out maintenance, oiling, and greasing for carts, trolleys, pumps, and rolling shutters.
  • Handle regular electrical works.
  • Manage height-work and hot-work permit issuance.
  • Address minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance requests.
  • Share daily updates on ticket closures, open cases, and root-cause analysis.
