Position Overview

The RF Mission Lead Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive technical leadership in the development, validation, and verification of integrated space and ground systems. This role leads a team of technical specialists and systems engineers, ensuring that client requirements are consistently met throughout the entire lifecycle, including critical reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, LRR, as well as post-launch and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for space missions and spacecraft product development.
• Assume ownership of design and mission execution, delegating tasks effectively.
• Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in radio frequency (RF) systems engineering and leading satellite missions.
• Strong proficiency in innovative RF solution design and their practical applications.
• Expertise in RF communication systems design, testing, and validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and customer engagement.
• Proven capability to develop and apply complex engineering concepts.
• Eligible to obtain high-level security clearance.
