Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily retail operations to ensure smooth and safe functioning.
• Identify and cultivate retail sales opportunities while developing strong customer connections.
• Deliver knowledgeable, professional, and friendly customer service consistently.
• Keep product displays appealing with accurate pricing and signage in place.
• Support stock organization and inventory control processes.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and audit requirements diligently.
• Work collaboratively with team members on campaigns and projects to boost customer engagement.
• Promote and maintain high customer service standards throughout the branch.
• Encourage a safe work environment by proactively spotting and addressing risks.

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles focused on client interaction.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build relationships effectively.
• Capacity to work well within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• A positive mindset eager to learn, develop, and take initiative.
• Confidence in ownership and completing assigned responsibilities.
