• Maintain open communication with kitchen staff, cashier, and restaurant manager.
• Organize pre-shift meetings and share daily updates with the team.
• Uphold high standards of food presentation and overall service quality.
• Ensure tables are properly cleaned, set, and prepared for incoming guests.
• Provide training to new hires on service protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Coach team members to enhance customer service skills and performance.
• Monitor supplies such as cutlery, crockery, napkins, and equipment, alerting managers to shortages or damage.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene standards and comply with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Keep the dining area clean and orderly at all times.
• Verify guest bills for accuracy and assist with payment handling when necessary.
• Prepare reports summarizing shift activities including sales, customer feedback, maintenance, and operational matters.
