Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate for a full-time, on-site position located in Woburn, Massachusetts. The selected candidate will join a skilled team focused on conducting groundbreaking research to propel the therapeutic pipeline forward. Responsibilities include executing cell-based in vitro assays and in vivo studies supporting the progression of therapeutic candidates from preclinical phases to clinical trials. This role demands a blend of intellectual curiosity, strong proficiency in cell biology and biochemistry, and enthusiasm for collaborative problem-solving within a dynamic, fast-paced lab environment.
Qualifications and Expectations
- A Bachelor of Science degree coupled with practical experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques such as cell culture, flow cytometry, and ELISA.
- Hands-on experience with in vivo models is highly desirable.
- Contribute to shaping research strategy by developing a thorough understanding of target disease biology and ensuring experimental designs align with overarching project goals.
- Independently analyze and interpret data, troubleshoot technical challenges promptly, and devise innovative solutions to facilitate project advancement.
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt flexibly to evolving priorities inherent in a fast-moving research setting.
