About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Research Assistant / Project Assistant to contribute to research projects, strategic initiatives, and business operations. The role involves conducting research, coordinating projects, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and project success. This position is well-suited for individuals interested in building careers in research, project management, consulting, business strategy, or corporate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research, analyze industry trends, and benchmark competitors.
- Gather, verify, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from diverse sources.
- Produce research reports, presentations, executive summaries, and relevant business documents.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and strategic insights.
- Support development of business cases, feasibility assessments, and strategic research efforts.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within research databases.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track milestones, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Maintain comprehensive project files and administrative records.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Help identify and mitigate project risks by contributing to solution implementation.
- Draft proposals, project reports, and management presentations.
- Support initiatives for process improvements and operational excellence.
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and routine administrative tasks.
- Conduct additional research and administrative duties as assigned.
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure accurate handling of business information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Internship or prior work experience in research, project management, consulting, business analysis, or administrative support is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Notion) is advantageous.
- Basic familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
