Talentoma is hiring a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruiting activities. In this position, you will help identify strong candidates, screen applicants, organize interviews, and contribute to broader hiring efforts. Compensation
The monthly pay for this role ranges from $6,200 to $8,000.
Key responsibilities
- Find and engage suitable candidates for open positions.
- Carry out initial phone screenings and assess applicants early in the process.
- Set up interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
- Update applicant tracking systems and keep recruiting documentation organized.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for upcoming hiring requirements.
- Assist with recruiting initiatives, campaigns, and hiring plans.
Qualifications
- Previous exposure to recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interviewing ability are important.
- Familiarity with candidate sourcing tools and recruiting platforms is needed.
- You should be able to handle several open roles at the same time.
- A professional home office setup is required for this remote role.
