About the Position
Anytime Fitness in Amherst, Ohio, is inviting applications for the position of Remote Data Entry Clerk. This role offers the opportunity to support a leading fitness franchise from your home, ideal for those who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy maintaining accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely enter and update member information and records into company internal systems.
- Examine and verify data accuracy, identifying errors or missing details.
- Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and electronic files effectively.
- Handle membership forms, billing data, and accompanying documentation promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to address and correct data issues.
- Prepare straightforward reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive member data at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Demonstrable experience in data entry, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote environment and deliver work on time.
- Reliable internet connectivity and a quiet, dedicated workspace are required.
- Effective written communication skills for interaction within the remote team.

Compensation ranges from $26.15 to $28.54 per hour.
