Remote Contact Center Representative

About the Role

Inizio Engage partners with a prominent biotechnology company across areas including Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. This role involves representing clients via inbound and outbound calls to consumers and providers, as well as coaching a team of Healthcare Communicators. Providing exceptional customer service will directly impact both Inizio and the client organization.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The position requires working Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST with an hourly pay rate of $19.50.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality standards across client projects by adhering strictly to scripts and guidelines.
• Accurately gather and input required information into specialized program databases.
• Utilize effective communication skills to manage calls empathetically and help callers comprehend medical terminology as needed.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently with excellent organizational skills.
• Follow company policies and Standard Operating Procedures thoroughly.
• Demonstrate adaptability by performing administrative or non-call tasks as needed to maximize team utilization.
• Protect patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
• Proficiency with computer keyboard and mouse usage.
• A professional and courteous telephone demeanor.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection at home is essential.
• A designated quiet and separate home office space free from distractions.
