Role Overview
We seek Nurses to join our remote clinical support team, responsible for providing telephone medical guidance to patients and assisting in coordinating healthcare processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver telephone medical counseling following established protocols.
- Verify patient identity using the Superintendence of Health's systems.
- Arrange patient transfers when necessary.
- Initiate and manage GES protocols.
- Document all interactions within institutional systems.
- Escalate cases requiring clinical intervention promptly.
- Provide empathetic, safe, and patient-centered care.
Working Conditions
- Contractual engagement via invoice (boleta de honorarios).
- Fully remote telework arrangement.
- 36-hour workweek distributed on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.
- Hourly compensation of $10,000 gross.
Training
- Mandatory training lasting 28 hours.
- Training is compensated with $140,000 net, paid only upon successful completion.
- Training schedule: August 10 and 11, 09:00-17:00; August 12 and 13, 19:00-23:00; August 14, 10:00-14:00.
Candidate Profile
- Registered Nursing degree officially recognized in Chile.
- Active registration with the Superintendence of Health.
- Preferred experience in emergency services, hospitalization, digital health, or telephone-based care.
