Role Summary
Talentoma is hiring a Remote Candidate Sourcing Specialist to find, connect with, and attract strong candidates for a range of open roles. This position suits someone who enjoys research-driven recruiting, proactive outreach, and helping build dependable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
What You'll Do
- Identify potential candidates using online job platforms and sourcing databases.
- Reach out to candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and nurture talent pools for upcoming recruitment needs.
- Assess candidate profiles against role requirements to determine fit.
- Keep applicant tracking systems and recruitment records current and organized.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to help meet hiring objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in recruiting, candidate sourcing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to locate candidates.
- Ability to juggle several recruitment assignments at the same time.
- A professional home-based work setup is required.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a monthly salary of $5,800 to $7,500. It is a fully remote position and includes paid training and onboarding. There are also opportunities for career growth, long-term advancement, and development within talent acquisition.
