Role Overview
As a Relationship Officer with Khushi Financial Services in Rajkot, Gujarat, you will be part of the back-office team and periodically meet clients at their locations to address their requirements. The position demands meeting set targets and maintaining consistent client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in face-to-face client meetings as needed to serve their financial service needs.
- Achieve and complete assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
- Develop and sustain professional and long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify and generate new leads along with client referrals.
- Maintain daily documentation and reports of work progress.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients who have shown interest in services.
Additional Information
This is an on-site position based in Rajkot with a monthly salary range of INR 15,000 to 30,000.
