Role Overview - Direct Marketing Channel (B2C)
This position focuses on direct-to-customer sales where candidates will receive leads from the company. The core responsibility is engaging with potential customers through personal meetings, articulating life insurance offerings, and successfully closing sales based on provided leads. This role explicitly excludes agent or partner recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cold calls using the client database to generate interest and appointments.
- Schedule and conduct approximately 23 in-person client meetings daily within the city.
- Effectively communicate product features and financial benefits to prospective clients.
- Manage and process documentation to ensure smooth closure of sales deals.
- Track and report daily sales activities and maintain productivity metrics consistently.
Eligibility Criteria
