Role overview
Streamside Parks is a fast-growing hospitality business that acquires, upgrades, and operates RV resorts and campgrounds across the United States. The company is expanding its portfolio and is seeking a marketing professional who enjoys hospitality, travel, teamwork, and bringing ideas to life.
In this position, you will work with Park Managers, Operations, and the central Marketing team to increase occupancy, improve revenue, build brand recognition, and strengthen the guest experience across multiple properties. The role combines planning and hands-on execution, with regional travel required. This is an exempt position.
Key responsibilities
- Create and carry out regional marketing plans that support occupancy and revenue targets.
- Work with Park Managers to design local campaigns, host events, and build community partnerships.
- Manage location-level content such as photos, videos, social posts, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure brand standards are applied consistently across all properties.
- Review occupancy patterns, booking performance, and campaign outcomes to identify improvements.
- Adapt national marketing initiatives for local audiences and markets.
- Support local advertising, sponsorship activity, and tourism collaborations.
- Assist with marketing requirements during new park acquisitions and transition periods.
- Guide park teams on guest engagement, marketing rollout, and brand alignment.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to continuously improve the guest experience.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience; hospitality, tourism, or multi-location operations experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to build relationships effectively.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, digital content creation, and Microsoft or Google Workspace.
- Ability to read marketing data and turn findings into practical actions.
- Availability to travel regularly across the assigned region.
