Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand hiring needs, secure new business, and reinforce current client partnerships.
• Conduct executive search and talent mapping by proactively identifying and engaging top-tier candidates through headhunting, networking, and market analysis.
• Manage the complete recruitment process, including client consultations, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and successful placement.
• Provide clients with insights on salary standards, recruitment trends, competitor activities, and talent pool availability within your expertise area.
• Build a substantial network of industry professionals and establish yourself as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
