Role Overview

Winners Recruitment Ltd is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to oversee and expand a pre-existing client and candidate portfolio within the Industrial and Commercial sectors. This role is based in Truro, England, and offers immediate revenue opportunities via managing a warm desk while also developing new business across the South West region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of clients and candidates.
• Identify and establish new business partnerships, fostering enduring client relationships.
• Source, interview, and place top-tier candidates effectively.
• Independently administer your desk utilizing the company’s CRM software.
• Meet defined KPIs and revenue objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Provide exceptional recruitment services ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years recruitment experience with demonstrated target achievement.
• Proactive mindset, ambition, and strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills paired with relationship-building capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary ranging between £28,000 and £30,000, commensurate with experience.
