We're seeking a dedicated IT recruitment consultant focusing on Data and Engineering to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, strong sales skills, and enjoy engaging with people via phone or face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment projects for leading Australian companies hiring data engineers, large language model specialists, and machine learning engineers.
• Effectively develop business opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Engage and communicate with clients and candidates professionally and ethically.
• Maintain detailed organization and structured daily planning.
• Build lasting professional relationships and expand networks through social interactions and social media use.
