Role Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a comprehensive 360 recruitment desk, including lead generation, pitching to clients, negotiating terms, and delivering recruitment solutions. You will become an industry expert, cultivate key professional relationships, and develop your personal brand. Your business development approach will integrate both candidate-focused and client-led strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or any customer-facing role.
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset aiming to build a rewarding career.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
