Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven expertise in recruiting candidates for US IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Understanding of various immigration statuses.
• Familiarity with US work authorization and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portal platforms.
• Willingness to work during flexible and night shift hours.
