Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and plan the activities of recovery collection supervisors, ensuring coordination and continuous follow-up across the company.
• Design effective strategies to collect the company's outstanding receivables.
• Develop policies and escalation procedures for delayed client payments, aligned with the company's collection system.
• Supervise reimbursement dealings with other insurers to guarantee collection of owed funds.
• Collaborate with company departments to fulfill department requirements.
• Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports on collections and client outstanding balances to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure equitable task allocation among team members related to client accounts.
• Assign annual collection targets to staff.
• Review technical documents related to ongoing settlements and collected reimbursements.

Qualification and Eligibility

• Position located at Head Office in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in the insurance sector preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma required.
• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
