Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 300 to 400 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
• Generate and assess leads related to Dubai real estate developments.
• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate property options.
• Arrange meetings and property viewing appointments for clients.
• Follow up diligently to convert prospects into sales.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients.
• Keep precise records of communications and client interactions using CRM software.
• Consistently meet sales targets set daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Remain informed about current real estate market trends and company projects within Dubai.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferred nationality: Indian.
• Prior experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding communication capabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in English required; Hindi language skills considered a plus.
• Highly self-driven, goal-focused, and disciplined work ethic.
• Comfort with making a large number of outbound calls daily.
