Role overview
Allsopp & Allsopp Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent for its Dubai operations. This position focuses on residential sales and lettings, with compensation offered on a commission-only basis plus bonuses.
What you'll do
- Gather property details and coordinate the creation of suitable marketing materials.
- Stay informed about Dubai’s residential property laws, rules, and market regulations.
- Arrange and attend property valuations.
- Conduct and participate in property viewings.
- Negotiate with buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords from the viewing stage through to the offer stage.
- Track sales and rental deals through completion with support from the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
- Follow up with clients after every viewing through regular care calls.
- Keep a close watch on local market movements and pricing trends.
- Bring in new business through the company database and professional networking.
- Work with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors, and other agencies during transactions.
Candidate profile
- Previous sales experience is helpful, though not mandatory.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are required.
- Confidence in networking and building professional contacts is important.
- A proactive, driven, and hardworking approach is expected.

- Professional conduct and high workplace standards are essential.
- Punctuality and a willingness to contribute to the company’s growth are expected.

Compensation
This role offers commission-only earnings with additional bonuses.
