Job Overview

We are looking for a quantitative researcher with solid expertise in statistics to join our team in Dubai. You will be tasked with designing and deploying advanced models tailored to our energy supply operations, working collaboratively with our engineering department to guarantee the precision and efficiency of these models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute models for the energy supply sector utilizing Python along with other data science frameworks.
• Assess, analyze, and manage credit risk effectively.
• Engage in comprehensive data analysis and modeling to bolster risk management strategies.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, industry practices, and regulations concerning credit risk management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years professional experience as a quantitative researcher or data scientist.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and familiarity with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Robust foundation in statistics and quantitative modeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Prior experience in the energy sector is advantageous.
