Key Responsibilities

• Handle all customer quality concerns including both field and zero-kilometer claims.
• Serve as the primary liaison between OEM customers and the company’s headquarters in Korea for claim processing.
• Prepare, review, and validate quality-related documents such as 8D reports.
• Lead root cause analyses by evaluating data and collaborating with international technical stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with OEM representatives across different locations.
• Provide direct on-site support to customers and actively engage in resolving ongoing issues.
• Oversee coordination of product reflash initiatives, ensuring thorough planning, proper execution, and diligent tracking.
• Generate reports on quality key performance indicators and suggest areas for improvements to management.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in automotive quality management.
• In-depth familiarity with 8D methodology and structured problem-solving approaches.
• Customer-focused, analytical thinker with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to undertake travel as required.
• Strong communication abilities in an international context.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Korean is advantageous.
