Company Overview
Accu Service Global Technology Ventures Private Limited is seeking a detail-focused Quality Engineer to join their production facilities in Shindewadi, Pune, specializing in the automotive manufacturing sector.
Role Summary
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products comply with stringent quality and safety standards through comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out visual and dimensional inspections of components and finished goods to verify quality.
- Perform both in-process and final product inspections to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
- Compile and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to quality control operations.
- Collaborate effectively with production and quality teams to identify and resolve quality discrepancies.
- Document inspection results and any deviations properly to maintain traceability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements in product quality.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing or automobile quality control roles.
- Educational background of BE, Diploma, or ITI in Mechanical or Automobile disciplines.
- Proficient understanding of visual and dimensional inspection methods.
- Able to prepare, analyze, and interpret MIS reports.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills.
- Male candidates only; preference given to those with a bike due to commuting needs.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
