About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer specialized in Qlik Replicate operations and production support. This position demands managing critical incidents, continuous monitoring of data replication workflows, conducting root cause analyses, and maintaining platform stability throughout various environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve production incidents proactively, ensuring comprehensive root cause analysis and timely remediation.
• Monitor Qlik Replicate environments continuously, reacting promptly to alerts, failures, and any performance degradation.
• Oversee end-to-end Qlik Replicate operations including patch management, upgrades, and system reorganizations.
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support while cooperating closely with technical teams to uphold system reliability and availability.
• Contribute to operational governance processes, recommending improvements and facilitating team synchronizations.
• Participate in on-call duties or extended support to safeguard critical business operations as needed.

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10 years of proven experience in DevOps operations and production support environments.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing Qlik Replicate platforms, with a focus on administration.
• Solid background in incident and problem management, with a record of performing effective root cause analyses.
• Experienced in monitoring systems and L1/L2 support functions, adept at managing alerts and notifications.
• Skilled in conducting platform patching, version upgrades, and structural reorganizations.
• Strong communication abilities and capability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Flexible to engage in on-call rotations and provide extended support where business criticality demands.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering in any discipline.
