It manages complex warehousing, supply chain, and customer service operations, and is currently engaged in a strategic implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP to upgrade its core systems and support future organisational growth.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will steer the comprehensive delivery of a significant Oracle NetSuite ERP system implementation. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, Oracle representatives, and a specialised implementation partner, this role involves coordinating the entire program lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business requirements and timely completion.

This position requires a hands-on and people-oriented leader who acts as the liaison between the technical team and the business units, transforming business requirements into actionable plans and maintaining project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily execution of the Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation project.
• Coordinate interactions among internal stakeholders, Oracle, and external implementation partners.
• Assist in analysing and documenting current business processes and workflows, primarily across finance and operations.
• Support decision-making regarding the balance between using out-of-the-box functionality and necessary customisations.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure progress.
• Promote clear and timely communication among all project contributors.
• Contribute to testing, change management readiness, and deployment activities to facilitate seamless transition to the new system.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated project management expertise specifically within ERP implementation projects is essential.
• Preferably, direct experience managing Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations.
• Strong capabilities in business process mapping and designing operational workflows.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, implementation teams, and technical resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A practical, solution-oriented mindset able to reconcile technical and business considerations.

Additional Information

Immediate availability for commencement is preferred. The role is fixed-term and based onsite in Hawthorn East, Victoria.
