Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at J&M Group, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of IT and Security initiatives, guaranteeing they meet defined scope, deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. Your role will require strong collaboration with internal business units, technical personnel, and external vendors to effectively coordinate project schedules, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and Security projects from initiation through to successful delivery while adhering to scope, timelines, budget limitations, and quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional business teams, technical experts, and vendors to manage project planning, identify and address risks, allocate resources, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders involved.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and change management protocols alongside providing detailed reports to executive-level management regarding project progress.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 10 years working within the IT domain, with at least 7 years dedicated to managing intricate projects related to infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise software applications.
• Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong capabilities in vendor coordination, leadership, and stakeholder communication.
• Additional credentials such as ITIL, PRINCE2, CISSP, and experience with regulated industries will be considered valuable assets.
